SIMBA Advisory was founded in 2015 with a clear purpose: to give UK businesses access to the same calibre of working capital and turnaround expertise that large corporates take for granted — without the overheads and impersonal service of the big firms.
Our team combines Big 4 and mid-tier accounting firm backgrounds — with hands-on commercial acumen developed advising businesses from £5m to over £1bn in turnover. We work alongside management teams, not above them.
Based in Birmingham and serving clients nationally, we operate at the intersection of financial rigour and practical business sense. Every engagement is led by a senior practitioner — no junior hand-offs, no bureaucracy.
